Environmental permitting

This involves obtaining approvals for water use, emissions, rehabilitation plans, and sustainable land management to minimise ecological impact and ensure responsible operations. The Company holds a mining right valid until 2033, which can be renewed afterward, along with a fully issued and compliant water use licence.



Social and Labour Plans
At BCM, our Social and Labour Plan (SLP) is designed to ensure that the benefits of mining extend beyond resource extraction, positively impacting both our employees and the surrounding community.
